On February 4th, we were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision with one reported trapped. Upon arrival, our crews found a single vehicle into the woods with one occupant trapped but uninjured.
The occupant of the vehicle advised us that the vehicle was custom built and that both driver side doors were welded together and opened upwards to allow access for a wheelchair.
With help from Co. 8 we were able to extricate the patient in a safe and timely manner.
