Thoughts and prayers to the LaPlata Volunteers and the Family of Past Chief Gary Echols. Mr. Echols was instrumental to all the fire service in Charles County in Many Ways. He helped bring the fire tax to the county and spoke to many department and chiefs about water supply. He will truely be missed by many.
