Please keep the Potomac Heights Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad and the Wills family in your thoughts and prayers. They are mourning the loss of another member of their department. If you have served any time in fire and EMS in southern Maryland, More than likely Charlie Wills taught one of your EMT classes. Charlie served not only the citizens of Charles County but the citizens of the State of Maryland for more than 60 years. it was definitely an honor to have Charlie as an EMT instructor.
