Thoughts and prayers to the Lyon Family and Company 7, Potomac Height Vol. Fire Dept. and Rescue Squad

The Potomac Heights Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad Inc. Regrets to announce the passing of Past Chief James Roy Lyon Jr. Chief Lyon joined our department in August of 1962. While a member, he held the following positions, Rescue Squad Lieutenant(1964), Fire Marshall(1966), Assistant Chief (1967-1972), Board of Director (1967-1969, 1974-1975) and Department Chief (1973).

A memorial service for Chief Lyon will be held at our station on Monday October 29th at 5PM.
